SMS programs described on this site are operated by King Tide Technology Partners, LLC ("King Tide").
Sunday Tennis program
The Sunday Tennis SMS program provides scheduling, availability, attendance and group coordination updates. Participants may receive availability requests, event details, attendance updates and changes relevant to the group.
How to opt in
Participation is voluntary. Users may enroll by following the instructions displayed on the Sunday Tennis enrollment page and texting SUNDAYTENNIS to (904) 489-2147. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages associated with the program.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on group activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive program messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on carrier availability, network conditions and other factors outside King Tide's control.
Privacy
Your participation is subject to the King Tide Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
King Tide may update these terms as the program or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
